Abasiama Etokakpan as the substantive Vice Chairman of Oruk Anam Local Government Council.  This follows the report of the House Committee on local government and Chieftaincy Affairs on an act of complete illegality and mess on democratic tenets represented to the house on the purported impeachment of Hon Abasiama Etokakpan from office. Presenting the Committee's report at the plenary, Rt. Hon. Mark Esset  pointed out that Hon. Abasiama Etukakpan was in the first instance, not served any official notice of impeachment.
