Williams Akpabio - information Unit (AKHA), Uyo Governor Udom Emmanuel of Akwa Ibom State on Monday presented to the House of Assembly, N582.115 billion proposed budget estimate for 2022 fiscal year.  The  budget christened the “Budget of Re-defining Standards”. with intention to take stock of achievements in the past six and half years and consolidate the gains of our achievements thus far, for sustainable expansion and growth. Wlliams Akpabio - information Unit (AKHA) Uyo Akwa Ibom State House of of Assembly in her plenary Tuesday reinstated Hon. Abasiama Etokakpan as the substantive Vice Chairman of Oruk Anam Local Government Council.  This follows the report of the House Committee on local government and Chieftaincy Affairs on an act of complete illegality and mess on democratic tenets represented to the house on the purported impeachment of Hon Abasiama Etokakpan from office. Presenting the Committee's report at the plenary, Rt. Hon. Mark Esset  pointed out that Hon. Abasiama Etukakpan was in the first instance, not served any official notice of impeachment.
